Now Accepting Scholarship Applications!
The Academic Consortium on Criminal Justice Health is pleased to open the application process for scholarships to the 9th Academic and Health Policy Conference on Correctional Health. This year's conference will take place March 17th & 18th at the Embassy Suites Baltimore- Inner Harbor 222 St. Paul Pl. Baltimore, MD 21202. We are pleased to announce that six scholarships are available to junior investigators with funding from the National Institute of Drug Abuse. At this time, proposals are pending to secure support for additional scholarships for students and junior investigators.
We encourage junior investigators and students to submit a proposal to the Call for Papers (Submit here). Please note that this is a competitive process with application reviews by two members of the ACCJH Board of Directors. Scoring will be based on strengths of: articulated experience and interest in the field; strength of written objectives for attending; quality of the applicant based on curriculum vitae; and also whether the individual submits a proposal to present at the conference.
